ECbiomarker is a manually curated knowledge base that aims to provide a comprehensive and detailed annotation resource of biomarkers for endometrial cancer. The database includes three clinical application biomarkers (prognosis, diagnosis and treatment), three type of sources (biofluid, tissue and image) and six biochemical provides detailed information consisting of 2800 records , such as characteristics of biomarkes (expression pattern,cutoff, threshold, variants ,chromosomal location etc ) and expression evaluation.The characteristics of biomarkers in various pathological types, histological grades, and stages were collected from the literature. Moreover，ECbiomarker provides detail descriptions for each biomarker. Such as names ,function,structure, expression specificity, subcellular localization,associated disease,variants (for SNP or genetic markers), sequence information(RNA).Users can browse the data by clinical application, type of sources, stage, biomarker categories or search by sur through the advanced search function.
