Description: Taken together, these results indicate that nuclear beta-catenin immunostaining can serve as a sensitive immunohistochemical marker for the diagnosis of endometrial stromal tumors and is useful for differentiating low-grade endometrial stromal sarcomas from uterine cellular leiomyomata.
